Overview
The Relational Wisdom (RW) Interactive Cohorts offer a dynamic, interactive learning experience designed to equip participants with relational skills through a flexible format. These courses combine online learning with live virtual sessions to create an engaging, discussion-based learning environment.
Each course includes a special cameo appearance by Ken, providing an opportunity to ask Him anything about the course. This approach transforms the courses into mini-summits that meet weekly, offering a focused and participatory experience for all attendees.
Course Structure
The interactive cohort is built around three key components:
- Pre-Session Learning: Participants will watch our pre-recorded lesson online at their convenience before the weekly session. Students will gain access to our Academy upon registration of the course.
- Live Virtual Engagement: Each session includes a 60-minute interactive activity hosted on Zoom. Activities may include:
- Case studies analyzing real-world scenarios
- Role plays to practice relational wisdom and peacemaking skills
- Group discussions to deepen understanding and application
- Office Hours: Time for students to gain 1-1 interaction with course instructors to deepen learning, ask important questions, or gain more insight to course teachings

Your Instructor
Ken Sande is the founder of Peacemaker Ministries and RW360. Trained as an engineer, lawyer and mediator, Ken has conciliated hundreds of family, business, church and legal conflicts. He is the author of numerous articles and books, including The Peacemaker, which has sold over 500,000 copies in twenty languages. He teaches internationally on biblical peacemaking, Christian conciliation and relational wisdom, which is an enhanced form of emotional intelligence that helps people “get upstream of conflict” by improving their ability to read and manage emotions in themselves and others. These resources are being used to strengthen relationships, promote teamwork and reduce and resolve conflict in churches, families, businesses, schools and military bases around the world. Ken is a Certified Emotional Intelligence Instructor and a Certified Relational Wisdom Conciliator, Coach and Instructor. He has served as a church elder, an Editorial Advisor for Christianity Today, Certified Professional Engineer and as a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the Montana Bar Association.
